My name is Debbie Prudhomme and I am the Religious Education Director here at Sacred Heart. This is my first year as DRE. Prior to serving as DRE I taught 2nd grade, including the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Communion for three years. I have been a parishioner at Sacred Heart since 1998 when Mark, my husband, and I moved to North Branch. Since Mark grew up in this parish it was natural for us to attend here. Since 1999 I have served as a Lector and Sacrastan. This year I have taken on the role of Chairperson of our Liturgy Committee and serve as the Liturgical Coordinator for Extraordinary Celebrations, such as Baptisms and Funerals. I am also on the Parish Pastoral Council.
I have two grown children, a granddaughter, and two yellow labs that keep me busy. I work in a small business with my husband, Mark.
I consider it an honor to serve our parish in the Catholic Christian formation of young and old people alike. I hope that you will keep me in your prayers as I continue to learn and grow as a catechist. If you need anything, or would like to help in any of our programs, please let me know.
